I'm looking for someone clean and respectful to rent one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms in my current place where I have lived for 4 years.
The apartment is located in South Park. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath and about 900 sq ft. My current roommate is moving out so you would be joining the lease for one bedroom/bathroom. The shared space includes a good size dining room/ living room with vaulted ceilings and a lot of light and a kitchen. There is a washer and dryer on-site so you won't have to go to the laundry mat.
The available bed and bath will not be furnished.

The neighborhood is awesome. There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do within one block.

I work as a Superintendent for a General Contractor. I enjoy grabbing drinks, trying new restaurants and occasionally trying new recipes. I've had some amazing roommates in the past so I'm looking for someone that fits that description.
Also, I have a Husky named Noni. She is adorable and sassy, but an absolute sweetheart.

The move in date would be May 1st.
