*Perfect Location (walking distance to S. Lamar's best dining and nightlife, 10 minutes away from all the excitement of Downtown)
*Thoughtful design (private backyard, high ceilings, modern appliances, home security, etc.)
*Fair pricing (as of Jan 2020: average rental prices were $2,008 in Zilker and $1,541 in S.Lamar)
