My name is Caleb and I'm looking for a roommate situation. I'm available to move immediately, but I need a place for sure by April 18th.
A little about myself: I'm a single dad, a teacher, and recording musician. I have two boys, four and eight, who are with me Wednesday evenings until about 10 pm and most weekends as well (though not some Saturdays). They're great kids, are low key and clean.
I do a little music recording now and then, but I try to do that when roommates aren't home (been around that block a time or two!) I'd love to chat!
