I am a nature-based preschool teacher and waitress who is searching for a great roommate to share space with in lower Manhattan (most interested in LES) or Brooklyn within a 30 minute commute to Lower Manhattan.

- Private room $900-1200 a month
- An opening window
- LGBTQIA+ friendly roommates
- Keeping things Tidy (not obsessively so)
- Home as a quieter place to enjoy time alone, rest, and rejuvenate
- Clear open communication and previous experience in setting and maintaining respectful boundaries
- Open to growing a friendship or just respectful sharing of space
- A 1 year lease for the right place/situation or shorter sublet while looking
