Hi there! I’m looking for a room or a few roommates willing to find a place with me ideally for June 1st. My budget is fairly flexible depending on the place ~ $1000-1500. I have a reliable income and a cosigner!

I’m preferably wanting to live somewhere in north Brooklyn, Bushwick, Bedstuy, or Williamsburg. Am totally open to other areas though if it seems like a good fit!

My name is Marnie, I’m an artist and producer with a particular fondness for electronic music. I typically spend my days off drawing and working on music (I primarily produce using headphones to be mindful of noise!). I’m very laidback and get along with a variety of personality types:) I value open communication, respecting boundaries, and keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m a non-smoker but don’t mind if others smoke outside.

I have an elderly pug that will mostly keep to my room. She gets along with people and other animals. Her favorite activity is to go under my bed like a little hobbit, so she wouldn’t be in any common areas often. I would be more than happy to live with other animals!
