Landon B - $1,600/month

Hey y'all!! My name is Landon and I'll be moving to NYC for grad school in June/July (I'm flexible) from Dallas, TX. Hoping to spend about $1,400-$1,600 on rent and since I'll be a broke grad student, my parents will be guarantors. I have a dog named Khaleesi who is high energy, but can keep to herself if need be. She's a black, 50lb. dog, no idea the breed, she's a total mutt, but I love her! We're also both good with any other sorts of animals.

I love to cook and bake, garden and binge Netflix. I'm queer, so would love someone who is chill with that, but I'm single as a pringle. I'm a pretty clean person when it comes to shared spaces and if I were to ever have people over it would be for a game or movie night, no crazy parties. I would love to have a built in friend with moving to a new city, but am also chill with just having someone to share rent with.
