Your bedroom is the larger one and is unfurnished. It has a medium-sized closet, a private wrap-around balcony, and space for a queen-sized bed, desk, and dresser. We also have roof access to an unfinished roof with views of lower Manhattan.

You would have to submit a standard application: income 40x rent, guarantor with 80x rent, credit/background check, and $20 application fee. Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Pets allowed and no extra fee.
