Large sunny Ridgewood apartment

I am looking for 2 roommates to move into my sunny 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment in Ridgewood, Queens between July 15th and August 1st. (Signing onto the lease is a requirement. Lease end date would be end of March 2024)

Who I’m looking for: Females in their mid 20’s to early 30’s who are easy going, responsible, clean, respectful, & do not bring the party home. Ideally you would also not work from home full-time. The landlord will request all the usual information and application before moving into the apartment so you must have a stable job and make 20X the rent. Guarantors will not be accepted. No smoking or pets please. Also, my previous roommate took a lot of the living room furniture so there is room to decorate if you would like.

About the apartment: The building is in a great location a couple blocks from the M train and about at 12 min walk to the L train. It’s also steps away from a lot of really great restaurants and coffee shops in Ridgewood (Norma’s, Rolo’s, Aunt Ginny’s, Joe’s). I have lived in this apartment for the past 4 years and absolutely love it here (almost all the other tenants have lived in the building just as long if not longer). I have a great relationship with the super and they are great about coming to fix any issues immediately. There is also a Laundromat across the street and a grocery store just a couple blocks away.

Room #1- ($1050/ per month not including utilities)
This is the largest room in the apartment and has 3 large windows so this room gets a ton of natural light especially in the morning. This room can fit a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, & other small furniture. This room would share a bathroom with me.

Room#2 ($950/ per month not including utilities)
This is the smallest room in the apartment, however, this room has it’s own private bathroom which is the biggest in the apartment and the biggest closet as well. My previous roommate was able to fit a full sized bed, a small desk, & a dresser. This room has an internal window that faces the other side of the building in both the room and bathroom so it is a little darker than the rest of the apartment.
