Hi everyone! We are looking for 1 roommate for a beautiful spacious apartment in Astoria! August 15th move in and about a 15-20 min walk to all bars/restaurants/train on Ditmars blvd. (Train). 3 min walk to the Q101 into midtown, but on a quiet residential block with street parking. Laundry is a block away!
The apartment is a second floor walk up, 4 bed, 1 bath at $3500. Water is included but heat/gas, electricity, and WiFi are separate. Three ways is around $1200 plus utilities. We have one room available that is pictured below.
A bit about Leah: I’m a 23 year old flight attendant, and I come as a package deal with my dog Sirius, who’s the sweetest black lab mix! I also have a little corn snake, Leo, who stays in my room! I love reading, watching my shows/movies and staying in with snacks & I’m usually down for some dinner/drinks!
A bit about Crystal: I’m a 28 year old flight attendant who has the sweetest golden doodle, Willow! I love going to coffee shops, going for walks, reading, watching shows and having girls night.
In a roommate(s), we typically look for someone friendly that we can be friends with! We prefer to keep the place tidy and clean but lived in is normal haha, overall, just a positive living situation to call home : )
