Room available in a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom duplex in the Denver University area starting Feb 1 but available now with a flexible move-in date for the right tenant.

The space includes a full-size kitchen w/ dishwasher, washer + dryer, and front / back deck area with a small yard and storage shed. Washington Park is a short walk away as well as restaurants, shops and bars along University and South Broadway.

The lease will be for 3 months with an option to renew. Rent for the room and shared space is $950 a month, you can expect to pay around $1,050 a month total for rent + utilities.

A deposit of $950 and a background / credit check w/ applicable fee are required to move in.

I will be your housemate, a 36-year old male professional with one dog, a black lab / border collie mix who is friendly and well-trained. Unfortunately no other pets will be permitted per the conditions of the lease. I keep a clean and comfortable living space, and my only qualifications for a housemate are that you be respectful and communicative. I’ve lived with many different people over the years and have got along with everybody! Denver really has the best people.

This would be a great space for someone new to Denver, grad student, or young professional.

It would not be a great option for couples or kids, sorry!
