I have a house and live here alone…well almost alone, I own a large dog named Zeus. I am in the process of renovating the basement where I will eventually move to, so for now looking for someone to rent just one of the rooms one the main floor. I work in construction and I am easy to get along and tend to keep to myself for the most part. There are some times that I may have to travel and Zeus can’t go, so hoping that the person would be willing to keep an eye out for him. We will share in the responsibilities to help keep the house clean, grass cut, etc . Sunday is usually cleaning day and chores will be split amongst us. There is a built in pool in the back but it’s currently under repair, but the hot tub is running and ready for you to use and relax in. To make sure everyone is happy and it is a good fit, we can start off with a shorter term lease maybe 3-6 months, that way if we give it a try and are not happy with everything or its just not working out, nobody is stuck with a 12 month lease and we can just go our separate ways....zack380@gmail!
