Good afternoon!

I am very much interested in this posting and would like to know if a 3 to 4 month lease option is available.

I am a young 40's professional moving to New York for work. I have accepted the Director of Sales and Marketing position for a company called SoFive who is based out of Brooklyn. I will be moving there by myself in the short term (3 to 4 months), and my wife will be joining me after that once our house here in San Diego is sorted; hence the shorter lease time preferred.

She will be with me when I first arrive for a week, and then possibly once a month for a week, but otherwise it is only me.

Financially, this price works for me, and I would like a location close to my new work place.

Personally, I am a clean and organized person who prefers quiet evenings after a long day's work, but doesn't mind the occasional nights with friends.
