My name is Erin and we have an unfurnished room for rent for $860/month (not including utilities) in our 3 bedroom apartment in Ridgewood, within a few minutes walking distance from both the L and M trains. Move in date June 15. The room is 13.5ftX6.8ft.

This room is perfect for someone who needs a peaceful place to crash at the end of the day in a cute apartment with kind and respectful roommates. The room comfortably fits a dresser and a full sized bed (the bed in the photo is a queen sized bed).

Our shared spaces are the living room, kitchen, and bathroom and it is very important to us that you be clean, and respect the space & the other people living in it.
