I am a freelance writer seeking a room. I am currently living with my brother and it's time to move on.

I am very nice, respectable, quiet, responsible, clean, I am friendly, but don't care to get too familiar with my roomie. Honestly, I DO work virtually, so I would be in the apartment a great deal - though I do go out and catch the occasional breeze every so often.

I know that most are seeking roommates younger than I am, but I am NOT an old 58 - but age is immutable, so if that's an issue, it's fine - just remember that time passes for EVERYONE.
