Hi! I'm looking for someone to join my lease for my 2BR/1BA apartment on the 10th floor of a modern building in Kips Bay.
Rent: $2,320/month. Lease is from October - May 31st, 2027.
Location: 30th and 3rd ave. 6 train and buses are all within a 3-8 minute walk. Trader Joe’s, Target, and Whole Foods are close by!
Room details:
- South facing windows with lots of light all day
- AC and heater in room
- Bed pictured is a queen size FYI
- Furnished common areas
- Laundry in building

About my amazing roommate:
She's a 27yo working in healthcare consulting (hybrid schedule). She is super chill, nice, and clean. She enjoys fitness(pilates/yoga), dance classes, live music, cafe hopping, and a good mix of going out or staying in. She would like love a roommate she can be friends with while of course making space for alone time/personal routines.
Both the apartment and building are great (also loveee the location) but unfortunately I have to move states :((
