I’m a clean, respectful working professional relocating to NYC for a role near Midtown East. I’m pretty easy to live with: I keep shared spaces tidy, pay bills on time, communicate directly, and respect privacy and quiet time. My schedule will mostly revolve around work, the gym, and exploring the city, so I’m not looking for a party apartment.

I’m social and friendly, but I also value having space to decompress after work. I’m fine with occasional guests as long as there’s mutual respect and communication. Ideally, I’d live with other professionals who are clean, responsible, and considerate about noise, shared spaces, and household expectations.
