Young professional moving to NYC from DC for new job! I’m looking to find a roommate who wants to move into a new place in January. I’m thinking Manhattan in Midtown East, Kips Bay or Murray Hill area since that’s close to work. I’m a laid back person looking to find a roommate who keeps shared areas clean, who is also down to watch Netflix and sip wine (or alcoholic beverage of choice).
