Hi, I'm a 22 year old student who will be attending the New York Film Academy this January 2021 so its pretty urgent for me to find a roommate and an apartment asap!

I found a couple of apartments in lower Manhattan, especially in the financial district but haven't come to a conclusion yet since I haven't found any roommates.

Looking for an apartment that has washer/dryer inside the apartment since I don't want to share with anyone.

I'm a goofy girl who's very clean since I like having the house as organized as possible. I also
loooove to listen to music and watch movies.
