I live here with my friendly, non-shedding terrier mix, Waylon.
No cats considered, dogs on a case-by-case basis.

I've lived in NYC since 2006, grew up in Ohio and attended Ohio University.
Currently I work long hours as a producer from my home office. Not a lot of free time but I love to garden and play softball in Prospect Park.

I'm clean but not picky about small things. I will leave something on the table, but dirt isn't my friend.

Prior to living here, I successfully & legally Airbnb'ed my second bedroom for 3 years just down the block until my landlord sold the building.

This is my favorite neighborhood in all of New York City because of its proximity to nature, great food, cultural events and amazing neighbors.
