I have a room in my house available for rent. I am looking for someone who is responsible and can pay their rent on time (first of the month), and am also looking for someone who doesn't mind living with someone a little older (I am 64). You will have your own bedroom, but the bathroom, living room, kitchen and backyard will be shared. I'm looking for someone who will be compatible with me, so that means you should like cats at a bare minimum because I have a cat. It would also be a plus if you're into gardening/plants, etc. and if you like to cook, that would be a nice thing, too!
