The room is a standard size room, with a bathroom connected to the room. Wifi in unit which runs about $50 a month. There is a spacious living room, as well as patio space. Room is not furnished, however there is a walk-in closet as well as outlets throughout the space. In the living room there is a couch as well as TV. The kitchen as basic cooking materials as well. In the unit there is a washer and dryer. The apartment complex is near the best in the west shopping center, as well as being pretty close to the 95 and 215 freeways. I am a pretty quiet person, and there may be days at a time that I am out of the apartment for my job. I don’t mind if you have friends over I just ask that they are respectful of the space. The apartment complex is gated as well. The total rent is 1,275 but the portion for your room, utilities, electric, and internet would be $750 :)
