My home is located in a very nice neighborhood, with security gate. This community is steady growing as a new park was previously built, along with police station around the corner. There are plans for a future Walmart less then a mile away being build. A couple of grocery stores near by and 2 mins from Aliante Casino. The home is a Lennar home, 4 bedroom, 3 bath you will have your own private room and bathroom. Shared space would be laundry room, living room, kitchen and back yard. There is also space in my garage for one car. The room is nice in size and comfortable for one person. I do have a dog on premise, if you are not comfortable with dogs this is not an option for you. Open to responsible room mates only, month to month available, females only.
**$600 deposit required prior to move in date. This is refundable upon end of termed agreement and room/bathroom and any used spaced is left as you found prior to move in day.**
