We are offering a beautiful furnished or unfurnished space right across the street from Fort Greene Park. A 10/15 minute walk from Pratt Institute. The room offers a magnificent view of the Park, hardwood floor and finished woodwork. Upstairs is the shared, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom and gym. Another half bathroom and shared workspace is 1 flight down on the same floor as the room for rent. All utilities included (heat, hot water, electricity, gas, bathroom and kitchen supplies and high speed WIFI)
We like to do a FaceTime or WhatsApp tour before we schedule an in person visit.

Most major subway and bus connections are close by.

No pets please we wear slippers in the house and wash and recycle our plastics.

Rental requirements
First month’s rent plus 1 month security, proof of income, income should be 40 times the rent or have a guarantor. Credit check for both applicant and guarantor. Prior landlord references, bank statements and a signed roommate agreement is necessary.
