I am renting out a couple rooms in our family home. I work 5-6 long days. When I am home, I like to game in my room or spend time with my girlfriend at home or at her house. Sometimes I like to enjoy the living room to watch movies. I am rarely home, but when I do, I like it quiet. I go to bed early and I wake up early. For the most part, I am gone most days of the week. My family has been slowly renovating the house. It is in great shape, but there’s a little bit more to go. Willing to trade rent for a skilled laborer who’s looking for short term stay.
