Hi, I'm looking to start a new chapter in life and a new place to move but would like to have a roommate to help with the cost of living. I'm LGBTQ alley, don't smoke or drink and I've been told I'm easy going, respectful of others and keep clean , I usually tend to keep to myself but am more than willing to talk and help out with anything

My budget is $800 and I'm open to multiple roommates and pets are more than welcome. I'd like a too for a place that'll fit our needs and am open to chatting and answering any questions
