I'm a quiet person, and generally enjoy reading or an occasional movie in the common space. I pick up after myself, and am good about cleaning when I notice dust/crumbs/etc. I like the freedom of having people in my room or personal space occasionally, but will be sure to let you know if I'll be in the common area. I have speakers though keep the noise to some Saturday/Sunday mornings. I work 9am-5pm as a Policy Analyst, so I generally like to keep the weekdays chill. I like have the space as a place for relaxation and decompression to take a break from nyc bustle. I do meal prep and would love to have a dinner party or two. 420 friendly though would want to keep it minimum in the common space. Overall, I want to create a warm and welcoming space where everyone is respectful and chill. FULL DISCLOSURE: my credit score is bad. I haven't missed rent payments but I collected credit card debt while I was looking for a full-time job. My ideal roommate would want to find somewhere without credit checks or willing to take another months rent.
