Your roommates: One couple downstairs and one single guy upstairs. One is a teacher at an all-outdoor Kindergarten, another is a server/bartender/flips houses, and the other is in business management. We prefer to be friends with our roommates, and we often have game nights, go out, or grill in the backyard together. We also have two cats, Jolene and Jasper, who will likely adopt you! Your living space: Your bathroom is shared with the upstairs roommate (he's tidy, we promise.) The bedroom has a closet plus there is a linen closet in the hall. Your room has a sunset view with a sliver of ocean, and you can also see a partial view of the ocean from the kitchen window. We are the corner house and we have trees shading the back and side yards. We also have keyless entry on the front door, a video camera doorbell, a grill, and string lights in the yard (because who doesn't like string lights?) Roomba and braava robot vacuum and mop keep our wood floors clean. Location, location, location: We are in a gated community just off the 5 Freeway, 4 blocks from Pacific Coast Highway and 5 minutes from South Ponto Beach. We are located between downtown Carlsbad and Encinitas so you can drive to either downtown in about 10 minutes. Ralphs, CVS, Trader Joe's and Costco are all within 10 minutes driving distance.
