Atom A - $1,300/month

Hi! I'm a writer and doctoral student who moved to NYC right before the pandemic for work. I'm grateful to still have that work (from home!), but I lost my roommate to upstate migration, and I'm ready for a new arrangement.

I'm a bit of a homebody, pretty quiet, and very busy, but I'm quite a warm person at home (a Taurus!) and love being sociable with roommates, cooking together on occasion, sharing a drink, etc. (No pressure, plus I have a ton of sober friends and am a-ok w/a sober roomie, dry shared spaces, etc.)

Love hiring a monthly or bimonthly cleaning service to depressurize the cleaning question, but I'm very flexible on cleaning practices/duties. Very much about doing things as you see they need to be done and not being peeved if a roomie had to run out the door and let that pot soak.

I'm a white 6'5" transfemme (they/them), so I suspect you'll know that it's me on sight if we meet! Fully vaccinated, take a roommate's protocols seriously, etc.
