My husband and I ( 🏳️‍🌈 ) are offering a private furniture-optional bedroom in our home with use of the main bathroom around the corner that will be shared with 1 meticulously clean 30 year old male. The bathroom has 2 deep vanity drawers and a shelf for storage, a large and deep soaker tub/shower combo, and big fluffy towels for your use.

The furniture in the photos is just to show the scale of the room, though it’s currently set up as a small living room / guest room with a queen sleeper sofa and large dresser with a TV so if you’d like it furnished that’s easily done. I have someone using it that way currently but they will be leaving before October. (See last photo)

You’ll have full use of the kitchen and laundry room, all of which are located less than ten steps from your bedroom door.

The room boasts 11 foot ceilings, a new oversized 60” remote-controlled ceiling fan (it works fantastically 🙌🏻), and central AC/heat.

You’ll have your own dishes, silverware, and share a full-sized top-freezer refrigerator with 1 person.

Frontier 2 GB 6e Wireless Internet 🛜 already set up!

The room has also been freshly painted 🧑🏼‍🎨 and the hardwood floors have been refinished.

Rent will be $900 per month and INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, so the Electric, Internet 🛜, Water 💧, Trash🗑️♻️, and lawn-care 🌱🚜 are all covered by that monthly $900!

First Month and Security Deposit of $400 due at move-in totaling $1,300. You will have a legal lease for everyone’s peace of mind 🙂 We aren’t cave people, we used to rent too and hated dealing with weird or awful people 🙉

Please, we are looking for just 1 person and as much as we adore them no additional pets as we have dogs and cats here already.

We’re 31 minutes to Disney Property, 38 minutes to SeaWorld, and 40 minutes to Universal Studios!
