Jessica A - $800/month

Hi, my name is Jess! So here is my situation, because I like to get right to the point :) I am a single mother of 3 kids. They are with me EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, and we are usually off doing things when I have them. I work a great full time job, and I work from home. I am very clean, quiet, and respectful. I am 41 years old, but I have lived with roommates before, so when I mentioned that I am respectful, I go above and beyond to be considerate of others.
I am not the type of roommate to have people over, party, drink, or anything crazy. I pretty much work all day, and in the evenings I spend my time gaming. I go to bed by midnight. That being said, I am not a grumpy old lady, either. lol I get along with everyone I meet, and I have raised my children to be just as respectful. Again, they are with me every other weekend, from Friday evening until Sunday evening.

I am looking for pretty much the same in a roommate. Just respectful, clean, and drama free. I look forward to meeting my new roommate soon!
