Room for rent in Bushwick

I have a good sized private room for rent within my Bushwick apartment. Room is unfurnished but there is a dresser you can use if you want. Can fit a Full or Queen bed. No closet, but room for a wardrobe or clothing rack. Your room has backyard access and door locks securely. Cool built in shelves in one wall; window in room can accommodate an AC unit.

Shared bathroom has a linen closet and apartment has coat closet and various shelves for storage. Fully furnished living room and kitchen with microwave and stove. 1300 sq feet and large backyard space - the apartment really is a dream which is why I’ve lived here for about four years!

Halsey J, Myrtle-Wyckoff M, and Wilson L trains are all within a 5-10 min walk, along with several bus routes. There are bodegas, groceries, laundry, etc all within walking distance.

Rent is $1500 per month and includes all utilities. Great landlords, haven’t raised the rent in years, and very responsive.

I keep a pretty regular schedule during the week and I like to have a friend or two over occasionally for game nights or dinner - you’re welcome to do the same! I’m pretty laid back, 420 friendly, and looking for someone in their 20s to 30s, responsible and clean, employed, and able to pay rent on time. Looking forward to hearing from you!
