I'm a home-body a lot of the time - I make art and music and love reality tv and criterion movies. I'm in a band (we practice at my bandmates' house). I do have some furniture from previously owning a home (couch, tv setup, record player, desk, dressers, rugs, potting bench, outdoor table and chairs). I have a senior dog - he's a corgi mix and he's gotten a bit more anxious as he's gotten older. He does have a loud bark, but I try to stay really on top of keeping him from barking too much. I'd be interested in going in with 2-4 others on leasing a place near grant park/eav/Old Fourth Ward/ormewood or going further south.
