Location is 3 minutes to I-20 & I-285; 15 minutes to downtown and midtown and 8 minutes to EAV. Very centrally located. There is also a beautiful path trail walking distance from the house. It's like having your own private Beltline.
House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, and off-street parking.
