I will occupy the 1st floor, and I am looking for a roommate for the garden level. There is a half bath + shared washer / dryer downstairs. 700 square feet of open space, basically your own king-size studio with its own entrance, and tons of built in storage. There's even a walk-in closet.
We would share the shower / bath upstairs, as well as the kitchen. We also will have a huge private yard, just in time for spring & summer. Our total rent is 6900, and I am asking for 2800 for the garden level. Live in super, and such an awesome townhouse vibe. I also have a friendly dog that I am co-parenting :)
