About Me

Hi all. I'm a culturally Jewish atheist from Texas. I'm ok with people from all religious, political, and ethnic backgrounds, but I think religion is for children, and social justice activists are delusional. I'm fundamentally liberal though, and prefer Democrats over Republicans.

I just recently started working as a data scientist for a financial consultancy. Before this, I studied economics at Columbia University, and before that I was a software engineer. If you're a tech nerd, we will have a lot to talk about. Also, if you're a math, philosophy, or science nerd.

I have a little corgi named Wanda. She loves everybody, and I'm pretty sure everybody loves her back. She can't go up and down stairs so I need a place with an elevator. If you're interested in a place w/ a no pets policy that shouldn't be a problem. I can get my therapist to register her as an emotional support dog. And if you're wondering, my emotional problem is depression, but just the kind that makes everything feel dull, not the crying all the time/self-destructive behaviors kind, so don't worry.

I'm usually pretty reserved, but it depends on the person I'm with and how long I've known them. If you can manage to get me to open up, I can be really goofy and outgoing. I'd love to have that kind of relationship, but most of my recent roommates and I just sort of kept to ourselves, and I like that too.

I pretty much never cook, and the few times that I do, I always clean up after myself. I definitely like things tidy.

I think it would be cool to live on a really high floor because I've never done that before, and I also like the idea of living somewhere that has a pool. Also, I'd like to be near a dog park and lots of restaurants.

My maximum monthly budget 3,000
Move in Date Mar 2022
Lease Duration 1 Year
