I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3-bedroom apartment in the East Village from the end of march/early april to mid august (dates are slightly flexible). Would prefer someone female identifying and in their early twenties. The apartment is on the sixth floor of a walk-up. Must be okay with a cat living in the apt.
