Hey all - I'm looking for some roommates (1-2 males) who may have an open room and/or looking for a male to fill a 4/1 move in (longer term basis). Budget is ~$1800. Area's I'm looking at: anywhere 80 and below in Manhattan, Fort Greene and Williamsburg. My work is hybrid so I'll be heading into Midtown often and value a place near the subway.

My lease is coming to an end on 4/1 therefore, I'm starting the search process. I'm 26, big into watching sports, playing pickup soccer/basketball, spending time outside as well as being social.

I'm not one who's going to bring the party home but rather stop by for a minute during the weekend. I'm clean, quiet and respectful to others space.
