I'd say I'm a calm, thoughtful, and clean roommate. Typically a morning person and working in Manhattan 3x a week. During the week, I definitely appreciate my alone time/relaxing nights in, but occasionally will go out for dinners with friends. On the weekends, I like to be out exploring the neighborhood, or meeting up with friends, but also enjoy hanging at home.

This ground floor apartment in a 3-unit building offers a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, next to a large living room, shared storage close, and one spacious bathroom with a shower-tub combo. There's also a huge backyard that's shared with 2 other tenants.
It's a 5 min walk to the Metro-Lorimer subway stop and equally as close to several restaurants, bars, laundromats, and shopping!
No energy costs, just $25 a month for wifi.
The bedroom will come furnished with a full-sized bed (can fit a queen), a wardrobe, nightstand, and arm chair. Everything can be removed if need be! It has 2 windows with plenty of natural light and backyard views.
Unfortunately, there's no in-unit laundry machines, but there are multiple laundromats just around the block (no more than a 3-min walk).
Our bedrooms are separated by the bathroom and living room, so we each have plenty of privacy!
No pets allowed in the building.
