I have a house which I am moving into that will be around $1200. Private rooms have natural sunlight that comes in. Hard wood floors throughout the entire house. Each room has a decent sized closet and can come furnished if need be. Two rooms do share a bathroom, if the master bedroom is asked for it does come at a steeper price. The house does have a washer and dryer on property. All utilities are included: water, gas, electricity, waste management, and even internet.
If you are commuting to work, San Francisco or San Jose we are centrally located to freeways: 580, 680, 238 and 880. We are in close proximity of a 10 minute drive to Downtown Hayward, North Hayward Bart, and Hayward Bart stations. Very quiet and welcoming Neighborhood everyone here looks out for one another and we are friends with all the neighbors. For pets small dogs under 45lbs and cats are ok.
