We’re looking for a third roommate to take over a spacious (255+ sq. ft) private bedroom. The room measures 15 ft by 17ft, with a large sliding-mirror-door closet. There’s a south-facing window with balcony access.

The amenities:

In-house washer/dryer, a million-dollar view, gigabit internet, always-plentiful street parking, and wonderful landlord & landlady.

The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, three beautiful parks (Sunnyside, Mt. Davidson, Glen Canyon), and the Glen Park/Balboa Park BARTs are within walking distance.

The environment:

You’d live with two other quiet, respectful guys in their late 20’s. Currently following reduced social gatherings guidelines.

If you like cooking, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, with herb garden on the balcony. If you're more into eating - I enjoy cooking for a crowd, and can't wait to have meals with you. :)
