The neighborhood: residential neighborhood, no retail businesses on this street, but walking distance to Starbucks, 7-11. Less than five minute drive to 101, 134 and 170. Close to Universal City, Burbank, Toluca Lake. Limited traffic.
The apartment: 900 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 bath. You would have your own bathroom. Dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and central air.
The room: 13x11, furnished with full sized bed, room has its own closet and is carpeted (the rest of the apartment does not have carpeting).
