Hi I’m Maliah and I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Cobble Hill! The rent is $1,750 with untitles varying from $50-$100 depending on the month. The lease renewal would need to be signed by this Friday October 14th, but the move in date would be November 15th!
The apartment is newly renovated and has a washer and dryer and a dishwasher in unit. The bedrooms are also on the opposite side of the apartment, which is nice for privacy. I’ve lived in the apartment for the past year and can vouch that it is extremely clean, and the super is very responsive. The apartment is close to the F and G trains and is in a great neighborhood with a bunch of restaurants, shops, and Trader Joe’s nearby.
