A mid-late 20s/early 30s female roommate to join my lease (2BR/1BA) until 7/31 with the potential option to renew. Would love to get along/be friends, but also just coexist comfortably :) Move in ideally 3/1. Must have good credit and will need to be approved by management.

About me:
I am 28, female, poc, work in finance (hybrid, 3 days in office), I grew up in CT, but am new to NY (previously lived in San Francisco and Nashville). I am clean, respectful, vaccinated and boosted, non-smoker (420 friendly though ideally not in common areas) and really want this place to feel like home. I enjoy nights in (think wine and cheese, board games, dinner parties), but also nights out (though not one to bring the party home). I am allergic to cats, and would prefer no pets, please.

About the apartment/room:
Central living room, open kitchen with dishwasher, and bedrooms on opposite ends. Nice hardwood floors, exposed brick in bedrooms. The available room is unfurnished, but has a closet and can fit a full/queen sized bed and a desk/dresser. I took over this lease and am in the process of furnishing the common areas, so your furniture/decor are very welcome! Utilities are not included but come out to ~$50-100/month each. Laundromat 2 blocks away.

About the neighborhood:
Crown Heights, near Franklin Ave and Prospect Park! Steps outside of the apartment, there’s a cute coffee shop, a top-rated sushi restaurant, and a tapas bar. Less than 10 min walk to A/C lines with direct commute into Manhattan!
