Native New Yorker with an education and career. Spent the past two years traveling for work in sports technology and living in San Diego, CA.
I'm now settling back down at home in NYC while working at a new company, sports and entertainment video broadcast technology.. My office is actually in NJ, so I would take a bus from PABT which is no problem, but that's why I am looking to live closer to there aka midtown area.
Looking for a chill, clean roommate who is down to do things here and there, but I will be on the grind for some months as I grow into this new company (commute-work-gym will likely be 8am-8pm). Some bar nights or going out on weekends, meeting some people but also focused on what we have going on. Also a big sports and music fan so I attend games and concerts.
My company has me travel sometimes, so there will be times you have the place to yourself.
I'm flexible when it comes to lease length, move-in date, and area, but trying to stay within 10-15 min of PABT (walk or Citibike). I might be traveling to LA and Mexico for work in February, but if the fit and apartment was right, I'd move then. Otherwise looking at March 1st.
