Located a 10-minute walk from Rideau centre shopping mall and the O-train, but still out of the way enough to have more quiet whist living right in the heart of the Byward Market.
Utilities are included in rent, but internet is an extra $25/month. We have a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The bedroom available is the medium-sized bedroom which is located on the first floor. The room will be unfurnished.
Our third roommate is moving to a new place with her boyfriend.
Move in date is October 1st, however, Kaitlin is moving out on 7/8 Septembre so the lease may begin within September.
