I found a gorgeous and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lower level of a duplex with a beautiful large shared back yard! It’s in the west near College Square. It’s $2399 plus utilities and wifi.

I also found a gorgeous, bright lower level of a duplex that’s a 2 bedroom in Vanier North. It also has a large shared back yard! Rent is $2000. Parking included. Landlord pays gas and water which includes heating and tenant pays hydro and wifi. It's cose to Farmboy and the community centre called St Laurent Complex.

What I'm looking for in a roommate: Female, 28 to 39. Someone easygoing and respectful who values cleanliness and fairness. Someone with high emotional intelligence who can understand that sometimes our perspectives may be wildly different and who can approach challenges as opportunities for us to work together and grow from them. Someone open-minded and open-hearted :)

A bit about me :

I love animals, nature, and being outside. I moved to Montreal when I was 18 to study at McGill and I lived there for 14 or 15 years. I moved back to Ottawa and lived with my parents for a while. I'm nerdy and dorky, I love learning and I adore playing games of pretty much any kind. My friends and I get together once in a while to play board and card games and jackbox. I want to improve at video games.

Over the years, I've worked with people with special needs of various age groups and in diverse roles. Currently I work part-time as a respite worker/educator. I'm looking into many options moving forward. I'm a writer and I'm planning on publishing children's books and poetry books.

I love all the arts. I love amusement parks, thrill rides, riding on the back of a motor cycle haha. Always down for adventure! My inner child is very alive! I still get excited when I see cool playgrounds!
