I am looking for an easy going roommate who is clean, wants to get to know me and is comfortable with occasional guests. I like to go out for drinks on the weekends with friends. Ideally we'll find a new place to live rather than filling a vacant room. I work in marketing and expect to be WFH ~3 days a week.

I'm looking to spend a max of $1,600 per person per month and would want to get a true two bedroom. Would prefer to live in downtown Jersey City or Hoboken.
