Hey, looking for a roommate to take over a room in this beautiful Park Slope 2B apartment. It’s hard to find a better location as we’re around the corner from Park Slope Food Coop and 5 min walk to Grand Army Plaza and the 2/3/4/B/Q trains. The room is large enough for a queen size bed and a desk for remote work. The apartment will be partially furnished (kitchen island, large TV, and extra storage for the closets already purchased) though the room is unfurnished.
A bit about me. An Australian guy in his early 30s who works in marketing and is fully vaxxed. Respectful of personal space but doesn't take much to talk me into a sneaky bev or comedy show. Relatively clean and tidy so would appreciate someone the same. Im in the office 1-3 days a week. but worked remotely from this apartment with my roomate of 2 years that's moving on and the noise doesn’t carry between rooms.
Rent is $1475.
Security deposit is one month rent.
Move in Oct 1.
Option to sublet or take over a spot on the lease which ends July 1st with option to extend.
Utilities are typically ~$100/month.
Comes with a dishwasher and coin laundry in the basement.
