Two rooms for rent in large Williamsburg apartment with huge outdoor spaces

Sadly, my two roommates are moving out at the end of the month, but we have lived here for 2 years and I love the apartment, location, and outdoor spaces very much and would like to stay. The apartment is VERY spacious (approximately 1,900 SF) with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a vast living room. The 4th bedroom is used as an added shared living space with a second couch/TV setup that is also great for hosting friends visiting from out of town when needed.

The two available rooms get great natural light and have large closets in addition to the storage space offered by the 4th bedroom's closet, shared entryway closet, and under-staircase closet. The apartment is on the third floor. The living room will be partially furnished with the dining table, kitchen island, and a few other items I own but we will finish furnishing/decorating it together. The bedrooms will be unfurnished with the option to buy some items from the roommates who are moving out.

I am looking for friendly people who respect each other and wouldn't mind sharing a meal once in a while. The space is great for giving everyone the privacy they might desire while having large shared living spaces that are great for entertaining or all spending time together. Guests are welcome as long as everyone knows in advance.

We share gas, electricity, and cable/internet. Dog friendly for $50/month. Please email me to see the apartment and meet. The landlord would like the two new roommates to be on the lease which has a start date of February 2st.

The apartment is also centrally located for accessing many areas in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens with nearby access to the J, Z, M, G, and L subway lines as well as close Citi Bike stations and walkability to great restaurants, parks, bars, gyms, and more!
