I am 42, single, with excellent credit and references. I am looking for a February 15th or March 1st move-in date. I live with my beautiful, lovable, calm, very well-behaved 8yr old dog, Kaya. She gets along with every being (except squirrels). I teach Spanish (I am from Colombia) at a private high school in SoHo. I work-full time M-F. 8am-4pm. During the week, Kaya and I usually take long walks through Prospect Park after work. I enjoy biking, exploring the city, spending time with friends and hiking, whenever possible on the weekends. I tend to travel during school vacation. I am big on open and mindful communication. I consider myself to be tidy, mindful of shared spaces, and pretty laid back.
