I like a tidy home, but I'm not crazy about it. I'm out and about frequently, but I like to spend quality time at home as well — rent is so expensive, I want to make use of it!

I have a very sweet dog named Frankie (female, 6 years old, 35 lbs) and would never expect a roommate to take care of her. Still, I'd like to live with someone who likes dogs and doesn't just tolerate them. I make sure to vacuum weekly so pet hair isn't a problem.

I cook fairly frequently, but keep it relatively simple. And if I bake something, you get first dibs out of the oven!

I like to host once in a while — maybe one or two larger get-togethers a year — and occasionally have friends over for a more chill evening. I have a family member or a friend visit about once a year for a few days, but we're usually out playing tourist and only come back to the house to sleep.

Overall, we don't need to be best friends, but I would love to have a good relationship. I'd love someone who also likes to host occasionally! Common courtesy goes a long way, too, so someone who grabs my package on the way in and takes out the recycling when it's full — I promise to do the same for you!
